Central Moving provided corporate relocation and project management services to advertising giant VML/Y&R (formerly Young & Rubicam) for their 350,000-square-foot move from 285 Madison Avenue to a new headquarters at 3 Columbus Circle.
Challenge: To move more than 1,400 employees and numerous production rooms with sensitive and oversized AV and publishing equipment without disruption to VML/Y&R’s day-to-day operations.
Central Moving: We created a detailed move plan with zones that occurred over four consecutive weekends, ensuring that VML/Y&R’s creative teams could operate seamlessly.
